What we work with
One team covering the whole path — from the first sketch of a mark to the ad account that keeps it earning.
No handoffs between agencies, no finger-pointing when something underperforms. Strategy, design, engineering and growth sit in the same room and answer to the same numbers.
Six stages, each with an owner and a deliverable you can hold us to. This is the same sequence whether we are shipping a landing page or replatforming a storefront.
- 01
Strategy
We start with the commercial problem, not the moodboard. Positioning, audience and the one metric that matters.
- 02
Research
Competitor teardowns, customer interviews and analytics archaeology. Opinions get replaced with evidence.
- 03
Design
Art direction and interface design in the same room, so the brand survives contact with a real product.
- 04
Development
Typed, component-driven builds. Accessible by default, instrumented from day one, easy to hand over.
- 05
Launch
Staged rollouts with performance budgets, QA across devices and analytics verified before the switch flips.
- 06
Growth
Post-launch experiments on a monthly cadence. We keep shipping until the numbers move and then keep going.
The problem each engagement started from, and what changed. Every project below shipped to production and is still running.

Pi Resume is an AI-assisted resume builder built in-house: people create, edit and download professional resumes with AI help, and browse job listings alongside them. It had to ship as a product people sign into and use, not a page describing one.

Placid Tours sells island days, coastal safaris and speedboat crossings to Zanzibar from the Kenya south coast — to travellers who are mostly not in Kenya when they book, and often not reading in English. The site had to price a Wasini dolphin day and a sea transfer to Pemba with equal clarity, work in six languages, and be findable the week it launched rather than the quarter after.

Eliso Safaris runs three businesses out of Mombasa — airport transfers, coastal excursions and car hire — for travellers who book from abroad before they fly and from a phone once they have landed. The site had to quote a Mombasa–Diani transfer and a Tsavo day trip in the same breath, and put a real person one tap away for everything a page could not answer.

Working with this team was a great experience. They were professional, reliable, and understood exactly what I needed. The communication was clear, and the work was completed with attention to detail. I am happy with the results and would recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work.

Vins Creatives is Kelvin K. The name is the back half of my own — Kelvins.
I am a graphic designer and a full-stack developer, which is an unusual pair and the reason this studio exists. Most projects lose their idea in the handoff: one person draws the brand, someone else builds the site, and by launch the sharp thing from the first sketch has been sanded down to something forgettable.
Here there is no handoff. The person who designs your logo is the person writing the code it sits in, so nothing gets lost explaining it to anyone. That covers identity and print, the website or app itself, and the digital marketing and social media that run after launch — the whole arc, by one pair of hands.
Working out of Nairobi since 2016, remotely, for clients wherever they are.
- What I do
- Brand identity, logos, print and packaging, social media design. Websites and web apps, designed and then actually built. Digital marketing and social media management once the thing is live.
- How I work
- Fixed scope, a fixed price and a date, agreed before anything starts. A preview link from the first week, so you are never waiting on a reveal. You own everything at the end — files, code, accounts.
