Diani Magical Tours needed to sell airport transfers from Moi International and Ukunda Airstrip to Diani, Watamu, Malindi and beyond — to travellers deciding before they land, who need a fixed price in front of them rather than a quote request.

Two airports, one decision
Travellers reaching Diani arrive either at Moi International in Mombasa or at the Ukunda airstrip minutes away, and the transfer is a completely different journey depending on which. Both are named and priced rather than collapsed into a generic “airport transfer”, because the guest already knows which one is on their ticket and wants to see it acknowledged.
Day trips turn one fare into a week
A transfer is a single transaction with a guest who is then in Diani for a week with nothing booked. Six day trips — Wasini and the dolphins, Shimba Hills, Bora Bora, Nguuni, Tsavo, diving and snorkelling — sit alongside the transfers so the operator is in front of them for the rest of the stay, not just the ride from the plane.
Show the payment methods before the booking
For a first-time visitor sending money to an operator they found online, “how do I actually pay you” is a real hesitation and rarely an idle one. Accepted methods and partner operators are visible on the page rather than revealed at the end, which removes the question before it becomes a reason to look elsewhere.
Most of our projects start with a call where we say what we would do differently. That call is free and there is no deck.
