Wanderwave Adventures runs flight-tracked airport transfers across the Kenyan coast — Mombasa, Diani, Ukunda, Nyali, Bamburi, Malindi and Watamu. The site had to make the things that win the booking obvious: fixed prices, meet-and-greet drivers and 24/7 cover.

Flight tracking is the promise worth leading with
Every transfer operator on the coast claims reliability. Almost none of them explain what happens when the flight is three hours late — which is the only version of the promise a traveller actually cares about. Pickups follow the arrival rather than the booked time, and the site says so in the first screen, because it is the one claim competitors cannot copy without doing the work.
Seven pickup points, named
Mombasa, Diani, Ukunda, Nyali, Bamburi, Malindi and Watamu are listed individually rather than as “the Kenyan coast”. Someone staying in Bamburi searching for a transfer wants to see Bamburi, not infer that they are covered. Naming each one also does the SEO work that a single collective phrase cannot.
A fleet page that answers the real question
Land Cruisers, Defenders and Hilux are shown by what they are for, not as a gallery of vehicles. A family with luggage going to Malindi and a couple heading into Tsavo need different answers, and a transfer booked in the wrong vehicle is the complaint that costs a review.
Most of our projects start with a call where we say what we would do differently. That call is free and there is no deck.
