Approach

How we got there.

  • Website design
  • Development
  • Booking flow
  • SEO groundwork
01

Booking before browsing

The page opens on the booking form, not on a hero paragraph about comfort and reliability. Watamu traffic is overwhelmingly people who have already landed or are about to — they are not evaluating a brand, they are solving a journey in the next hour. Anything that sits between arriving on the page and stating where you need to go is in the way.

02

Four services, because they are four different journeys

Airport transfers, hotel transfers, local rides and day tours have different prices, different durations and different people booking them. Splitting them out lets a traveller self-select in one glance instead of reading a paragraph that tries to cover all four, and it lets each one carry the detail that matters to it.

03

WhatsApp everywhere, because that is where it closes

The form captures the structured booking. WhatsApp catches the traveller with a question about a car seat, a 5am pickup or luggage — the ones who would otherwise close the tab rather than fill anything in. It appears beside every booking prompt on the page rather than hidden in a contact section.

Start a project

Most of our projects start with a call where we say what we would do differently. That call is free and there is no deck.
